Me and Deb went to Comikaze Expo 2012 for Saturday only, because we had things to do on Sunday. Still, we went, and were quite impressed with how big it was. Despite attending one day, I took decent amount of pictures while roaming around the convention.
Not related to Anime Expo what-so-ever, but might as well be here since it happened on the Independence Day weekend 1.
At Club Nokia, courtesy of Club 2 the Max, X Japan held a concert to promote Yoshiki Foundation. A charity organization found by the drummer/pianist of X Japan, Yoshiki, Yoshiki Foundation is dedicated in helping children in need across the world. In this event, Yoshiki foundation made donations to several organizations, such as Grammy Foundation and St. Vincent Meals On Wheels. After the pre-concert events such as cosplay contest and H. Naoto fashion show, X Japan played an acoustic song and shot a music video with many X Japan fans in the audience.Needless to say, that was quite a marvelous event.
